Winter is a time for inner reflection and hibernation. Our inner life can mirror nature; plant growth slows and the soil has a chance to rest and repair ready for the warmer active months ahead. The winter blues and melancholy can also feature during this season. Essential oils with uplifting and balancing properties can gently support and lift our spirits.

 

Our favourite blends to diffuse in our home in the cold and cozy months ahead are of spicy and herbal blends. Colds, flu, sniffles and coughs are a familiar health concern during Winter so we have included an immune boosting blend to support you throughout this season.

Make your own Winter blends

Winter Warmer

  • 2 drops of Rosemary
  • 2 drops of Eucalyptus
  • 2 drops of Sweet Orange
  • 1 drop of Cinnamon
  • 1 drop of Clove

Spiced Tea

 

  • 3 drops of Sweet Orange
  • 2 drops of Cinnamon
  • 1 drop of Clove

Immune Booster

  • 2 drops of Lemon
  • 2 drops of Peppermint
  • 2 drops of Eucalyptus
  • 1 drop of Rosemary
  • 1 drop of Lime
  • 1 drop of Clove

Warm & Cozy

 

  • 3 drops of Cedarwood
  • 3 drops of Lemon
  • 2 drops of Cinnamon
  • 1 drop of Vetiver
