How to use Ultimate Wellbeing Collection
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or multiple oils of your ultimate wellbeing collection.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.
Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend:
For external use only by inhalation.
Adults and children 12 years and over.
Use as required up to 6 times per day.
By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale.
Store below 30°C FLAMMABLE.

Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Active ingredients: Each mL contains 25%v/v essential oils from each of: Citrus X Paradisi Fruit Peel, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Leaf, Citrus Aurantifolia Fruit, Mentha Arvensis Leaf.
Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend: Citrus sinensis, Citrus aurantium amara, Pogostemon cablin, Santalum spicatum.
Womens Essential Oil Blend: Cedrus atlantica, Lavandula x intermedia, Pelargonium graveolens, Lavandula angustifolia, Cananga odorata.

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Atlas Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, German Chamomile, Juniper Berry or Rosemary during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In this collection avoid using;Peppermint, Sinus Clear Blend, Eucalyptus, Women's Blend & Lemongrass. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
