Due to current high demand we are experiencing a 48-72hour delay from the time the order is placed until it is dispatched.
To ensure all of our orders can be packed and shipped as soon as possible we are unable to edit any orders after they are placed.

COVID Update
On behalf of our CEO & Founder Claire and the wider team here at ECO., we just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the current COVID-19 situation worldwide and make you aware of the measures we are taking at a business level.
Like everyone, we are taking this one day at a time and carefully following the state and federal government's recommendations in regards to the health and safety of our team and our customers. We hope to be able to provide you with your essentials as you need and that we can help you find comfort during these uncertain times.

Here are more details on the current measures we are taking:
ECO. Warehouse
We are still fully operational with strict health and safety protocols. We currently have a 48 hour delay with orders due to increased safety measures and demand. Social distancing measures are in place as well as remote work.
Australia Post Delivery Network
Australia Post Delivery Network
We have been keeping in close contact with Australia Post and they are experiencing some delays up to 3-4 days outside of the standard delivery windows. This is due to a few factors but the main ones being that flights across the country have significantly reduced and distancing procedures have limited the amount of staff in sorting facilities. Everyone is trying their best to have parcels arrive as soon as possible with the restrictions that are being placed on all areas of the delivery network.
We are expecting significant delays in international delivery services. More information can be found on our couriers website here.
